Are you traveling with friends, family, and others?

 

What we do for one, we can do for your whole group. Any of the services Hudson Valley Traveler provides can be adjusted to accommodate groups of six to fifty.

 

Transportation, meals, activities and entrance fees can be included, based on your needs and budget.  We can also provide step-on guide service in different languages for locations within the Hudson Valley.


And remember, a group can be an intimate birthday party for eight or a group of fifty wanting to explore the Valley’s wineries or elaborate mansions that line the Hudson River’s shores.  We can provide limousine service, a comfortable van, or luxury bus depending on your needs.  It can be for a day, a weekend or more.

We like to work with you to help create a unique experience for your clients. We can extend a trip to any points around the Hudson Valley, from Boston to NYC, PA and DC, including the Berkshires and Niagara Falls for group tours of any size. Pricing varies with the size of the group, the meals, and the activities chosen. However, as of January 2013, based on a group of 35 or more, the average daily cost per person is approximately $200, which includes logding (double occupancy), two meals, two venues, step-on guide, ground transportation, and all taxes and gratuities.
