If you are planning a conference, convention or an executive leadership retreat with an entire department or organization, we provide a full range of resources to meet your training needs. We work closely with you to ensure that your goals and objectives are met.

 

Choosing where to have your retreat is a key component to the success of the training event. We can provide location suggestions to suit your budget and conference needs, whether it is for a group of 10, 100, or more. In addition, we can arrange for team-building activities and offer a mulitude of choices for cultural outings.

 

We have first-hand knowledge of all the facilities we recommend as we have visited them in person.

 

HOW IT WORKS

  • We start with a complimentary phone consultation to determine your company's goals and conference needs.
  • We create a draft proposal with accommodation and activity recommendations with an estimate of our consulting fee.
  • Upon acceptance of our estimate and draft proposal, you sign and return the corporate retreat confirmation document that was sent to you.
  • You then send us the payment for our consulting fee, payable by check or credit card through PayPal.
  • We send you the details of your corporate retreat choices and recommendations.
  • If you want us to do all the reservations for you, we will send you an estimate of our fee for this service.
  • Upon receipt of the final payment, we provide your finalized details.  

Our advising and corporate retreat planning services are billed at $60 per hour. Be assured that there will be no surprises. If our actual consulting time exceeds our estimate, you will be immediately notified. However, we make every effort to stay within our projections.
